In 2009, I quit smoking and joined the fitness industry, turning my own health journey into a passion for helping others transform theirs.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to improve health and fitness through exercise alone. I'm convinced that most people struggle so much more than they need to in an effort to improve this. That's why I created the Healthspan Hub success path - to provide clarity, structure, support and accountability.
I’ve helped hundreds of everyday men and women make small, realistic changes to their daily habits that lead to lasting improvements in their health and fitness. I truly believe anyone can start working towards a healthier lifestyle, no matter their age, background, or current fitness level.

I’ve been working alongside James in the health and fitness industry since 2015.
Back then, I took a big leap from reliable salaried work in the consulting industry to joining James and starting up our boutique personal training studio in Clapham, London. Thankfully, the risk paid off. Ever since, I’ve loved being part of a community of people committed to improving their health and fitness.
My main focus is making sure every member has a positive, smooth experience with us.
I love hearing about members’ wins; getting fitter, stronger, and healthier. It’s exactly why I chose to do this. Seeing our members succeed makes me incredibly happy.
